“To join DCNS is to take part in a rewarding adventure”
You are passionate about the most up to date technology, the sea, defence or energy. You have an innovating spirit, you love challenges. We need you!
DCNS is engaged in an ambitious growth strategy. Naturally, this strategy is based on reinforcing its activities in the service of national defence (design, construction, integration and maintenance of submarines, surface vessels and complex naval systems) as well as on the development of three dynamic markets: the export of major naval defence systems, civil nuclear and renewable marine energies. Each field offering tremendous opportunities for each and everyone to improve or broaden their skills and experience!
DCNS is dedicated to transmitting know-how and developing the skills of its employees. This desire is reconfirmed in the Planned Management of Employment and Skills agreement (Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences (GPEC)) signed in June 2009 with its social partners.
Work placements, VIEs (Volontariat International en Entreprise – International Voluntary Work in Companies) and work-linked training are major means for the transmission of know-how. To receive young people, to offer them the best training conditions and to promote their inclusion within the Group or on the job market are ongoing objectives of the DCNS Human Resources policy.
The skills of DCNS employees are broadened through the variety of professional experiences. The objective set by the Group is therefore to offer everyone a rewarding career by working in a variety of functions or geographical locations throughout the Group’s establishments in France and abroad. DCNS also allocates significant resources to the ongoing training of its employees for their career mobility and progress.
