In France, DCNS is a major industrial actor in naval defence. To build some of the most complex products in the world, the Group benefits from the highly specialized skills of its employees, present across 12 sites in France. These highly qualified jobs contribute to the France’s industrial excellence. With 90% of its added value created in France, DCNS contributes to the preservation and transmission of a unique know-how and generates tens of thousands of indirect jobs. According to the GICAN, the French shipbuilding industry provides a total of 42,000 jobs in production, services, engineering, etc.
