– Surface of strike task group replenishment at sea
– Forward support for projected forces
– Command maritime operations
– Support humanitarian and relief actions

- Organisation of storage space and transfer capacity to reduce time for replenishmen
– Development and construction with STX France like the LHD Mistral class and with convenient use of off-the-shelf product.
