Hull shutoff valves
Hull valves enable outside fresh water admission onboard when open, while protecting the submarine against sea water ingress when shut off, thus preserving hull integrity at all times.
Presentation
DCNS’ hull valves are intensively tested (pressure resistance tests, operating cycles) and are designed to withstand twice the maximum operating pressure.
